Reservation Information:
• One week minimum rental is required.
• Unit 101 will rent from Sunday to Sunday.
• 5% discount will be given for a 4-week rental.
• An additional 5% discount will be given for an 8-week rental (2 months).
• Rental rate for 8 weeks or longer is negotiable.
• Check in time is 2:00pm / Checkout time is 10:00am
• Cancellations - a written notice must be received 60 days prior to reservation date to receive refund.
• Management reserves the right to cancel any reservation with a 30-day notice.

Check is just up the road from Barefoot Beach. Follow these directions to get there.

From Tampa Airport
(2 Hour Drive)
From Tampa Airport, take I-275 South to I-75 South ($1.00 toll on Skyway bridge). Follow I-75 South to Exit 191 (Old 34) (River Road.). Follow River Road approximately 14 miles to S.R. 776 (Indian Ave). Turn left (south) and travel approximately 1.5 miles, turning right onto Beach Road, cross the drawbridge and continue on Beach Road. Angle right at the curve. You will pass Englewood Public Beach (Chadwick Park) on the left and “Gulf View Grill” Bar/Restaurant on right. The Boardwalk is approximately 200 yards up the road on the left. Parking is under the building, with unit numbers on the right side of each slot.

From Sarasota Airport
(45 Minutes to 1 hour drive)
Follow airport exit signs. Turn left on University Parkway and follow the signs to I-75. Enter I-75 South (a right turn). Continue by using the same directions as above.

From Fort Myers / Southwest Regional Airport
(1 1/2 hours drive)
From Fort Myers/Southwest Regional Airport, follow signs from the airport to I-75 (staying in the right-hand lane). Take I-75 North to Exit 170 (Old 31) (King’s Highway). Turn left at the bottom of the Off-Ramp. Travel approximately one-quarter mile to the first traffic light and turn right onto Veteran’s Parkway. Veteran’s Parkway will eventually become S.R. 776. Continue on S.R. 776 to Beach Road ( the total trip is approximately 23 miles ). Turn left onto Beach Road, cross the drawbridge and continue on Beach Road. Angle right at the curve. You will pass Englewood Public Beach (Chadwick Park)on the left and “Gulf View Grill” Bar/Restaurant on right. The Boardwalk is approximately 200 yards up the road on the left.
